В марте 2010 в Лондоне состоится новый дебатный турнир в формате Australs/World Schools (т.е. в команде по 3 человека).
Организаторы пока не раскрывают иной информации, однако попросили посмотреть 30 секундный ролик :)

Чуть ли не первый (а может быть всё-таки первый) большой турнир нового 2010 года после Worlds состоится 22-23 января в Дублине (Ирландия). Trinity IV (Trinity College Dublin) ждет 100 команд, в основном из региона IONA (Islands of North Atlantic, т.е. Ирландия и Великобритания) – отличный шанс попрактиковаться в дебатировании с native-speakers! Итак, даты 22-23 января 2010. Для команд не из IONA регистрационного взноса нет (что конечно приятно). 5 отборочных раундов, четвертьфинал, полуфинал и финал (финал в dress-code black-tie). Главные судьи – Doug Cochrane и Ruth Faller. Бонус – январский Дублин, гостеприимные ирландцы, Гиннесс и Джемисон Регистрация уже открыта – по email trinityiv2010@gmail.com. Уже лет 5-6 как я хотел посетить замечательный по отзывам турнир в Риге. Но все как-то не получалось - то даты с Moscow Open совпадут, то денег нет, то времени... В общем, обычная история. Но в этом году гештальт был закрыт.

29-31 января 2010 состоится один из наших любимых турниров в Западной Европе – Jacobs Open 2010 (Бремен, Германия).

В свое время с этого турнира начались наши выезды на дебатные турниры за рубежом. Славное приятное мероприятие в городе бременских музыкантов.

Итак, в этом году как всегда британка на английском. Chief adjudicator (главный судья) – Изабелль Лёве. Команд планируется 32 (и 24 судьи) -так что поторопитесь с регистрацией, если хотите ехать (плюс не забываем вопрос с визой). Цена вопроса 42.5 евро за дебатера и 25 евро за судью.Проживание впервые будет не в хостелах в городе, а прямо на кампусе университета Jacobs в одном из четырех колледжей. Расписание турнира можно посмотреть тут: http://www.jacobs-open.org/online/schedule/

Давно не производил на меня турнир такого смешанного впечатления.
Дебаты в Тюмени стали развиваться по сути 3 года назад, и уже второй год подряд проходит турнир "Завалинка". В прошлом году я прочитал очень теплые отзывы об этом турнире, он даже кажется победил в "Короне дебатов" по отзывам участников. Поэтому когда в этом году меня пригласили организаторы турнира приехать, я согласился даже несмотря на ужасную загруженность.
Организаторы просили им помочь, правда до самого последнего момента для меня так и оставалось загадкой в чем.
